1995 to 2012, Managing Partner of Kahn Properties South, affiliate of Kahn Development Company, Columbia, South Carolina; President Hunt Retail Properties, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Held full responsibility for all partnership business activities including acquisition, development and management of retail properties in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. Completed projects for Walgreens, Books A Million, NAPA Auto Parts, Blockbuster, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell and Sonic.
1985 to 1995, Managing Partner of Stiles Hunt Properties and Hunt Retail Properties, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Conducted comprehensive shopping center development, property management and leasing operations. Directed staff of twenty-four employees involved in development of Publix and Winn-Dixie anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers, management of a multi-state, four million square foot portfolio of centers, self-owned and for nationally based institutional owners.
1979 to 1985, Vice President of Deutsch Ireland Properties, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. Kmart, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Albertsons anchored community shopping center developer with property management and leasing portfolio.
1972 to 1979, Sales Representative for Skil Power Tools, Vice President Stiles Construction Company and Oakland Park Development Corp. Varied responsibilities in construction sales, development, leasing and property management for office, commercial and retail properties.
