Project Description
Hunt Retail located the vacant opportunity and brought it to Walgreens for a new cooper concept. We worked with the Landlords and Walgreens and negotiated the LOI, managed the Real Estate Committee approval and assisted in lease negotiations. Building was a vacant bank space, tenant work is being completed by Black Diamond Builders from Charlotte, NC.
