Project Description
Hunt Retail worked with landlords at NAI Columbia to help bring Walgreen’s brand new cooper concept to an organic location in Lexington, South Carolina. Space is new construction sharing a multi tenant building with a new Starbucks. Hunt Retail brought the project to Walgreens and managed the Real Estate Committee approval and assisted in lease negotiations. It ended up being a beautiful project with a ton of visibility and traffic.
