Along US 19, the optimal location was identified and the project is replacing the Rent-To-Own Superstore Circuit World. While under construction the multimillion dollar Harrah’s Cherokee Valley Casino opened less than a mile away.

Hunt Retail Properties worked with the current owners RP Realty Properties and produced the Cary, NC Walgreens which is located as a part of the larger Waverly Place development on Kildaire Farm Rd & Colonades Way
