Hunt Retail Properties developed the new Walgreens located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, across the border from Charlotte, North Carolina. A high population area, the optimal location was identified along a major retail corridor. Hunt Retail managed the Walgreens approval process, managed permitting and approvals, then managed the construction.
