Project Description
Hunt Retail Properties relocated and rebranded an existing Rite Aid to Walgreen’s new concept prototype. We purchased a vacant building several intersections down from their current location. Previous tenant in the new location had operated for many years as a laundry mat. After gutting the building and extensive reconstruction by Black Diamond Builders, the building was brought up to code and Walgreens standards. Examples of improvements to this second generation space are adding a new slab, constructing a drive-thru, and replacing the roof, the project is a a major improvement to the area and has been a success.
